Remarkable rescue. Emotional story.

As a copywriter, I usually get tasked to write about products and services. Then occasionally, I’m privileged to share a story about humanity. Whether for the Red Cross, Surf Life Saving or The Leprosy Mission. These stories not only help charities with their annual appeals, but also help restore our faith in humanity by shining a light on true stories of survival – often against all odds. In this case, for Surf Lifesaving, it was a remarkable rescue at night of a young surfer who had been swept 2Km out to sea.
